The large end of a superb great stone barn comfortably converted in a contemporary style in the peaceful and remote Crai Valley; This is the perfect location for exploring the whole of The Brecon Beacons National Park and what it has to offer.  There are plenty of walks close by and the barn is set between Brecon and the pretty market town of Llandovery. The closest village is Sennybridge with a couple of excellent pubs, a shop, post office and a very popular and busy cafe and garage.

Accommodation 

A spacious and contemporary kitchen/dining room with a large central island; the kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, a four oven electric cooker, 8 ring gas hob and an American style fridge/freezer. There is a long farmhouse style table with enough room to comfortably seat 12 people.  

The utility room has a washing/dryer machine and plenty of storage space for drying coats and boots.

A downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.  

A 'Kids Area' or snug room is between the kitchen and the sitting room with comfy chairs and a 42" TV & Wii, this is a perfect room for the kids.

Down a few steps into the generously sized main living room, with a massive long sofa next to the large stone fireplace with an efficient wood burning stove and a good supply of logs. TV with Freesat and DVD. 

Upstairs to:

Bedroom 1:   Family room with king sized bed and single bed, TV and en suite with bath (with handheld shower attachment), separate shower, hand basin and toilet. 

Bedroom 2:   Double bed 

Down a few steps to: 

Bedroom 3:   King sized bed and TV with an interconnecting door to bedroom 4 

Bedroom 4:   A family room with 2 double beds with TV 

The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, hand basin and toilet. 

There is a terrace with a hot tub and lawn and access to the large meadow - great for all kinds of ball games.
