This lovely spacious home has been beautifully refurbished with input from an interior designer. Well-equipped and generously proportioned, The Property has four large twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. A spacious kitchen/diner complete with large marble-topped central island with breakfast bar and three chairs. The lovely spacious lounge leads off from the kitchen/diner through some large double doors which can be opened up to create an open entertainment area. Being all on one level, with sleeping and communal areas in different wings, good heatingand hot water makes it ideal all year round for groups of all types; families (all generations), golfers, walkers and dog lovers. In summer step through the patio doors on to the large sun trap patio then on into the large lawned garden or in winter snuggle up by the open fire after a windswept walk along the beach. The wide sandy beach of Constantine Bay and Trevose Golf Club are both within easy walking distance.

This property offers a low occupancy discount of 25% on full weekly bookings for parties of 4 at certain times of the year. Unless otherwise requested the two bedrooms which will be available will be the two with both bath and shower ensuite. Please contact us, if you would prefer different bedroom preferences. GARDEN & PARKING: Driveway to lockable double garage with space for one car or storage of golf clubs, pushchairs, surfboards, bikes etc. Parking for 3 cars on the drive. The building forms a U shape to the rear which encloses a patio and acts as a sun trap. There is a further quarter acre garden for children to play in, mainly laid to lawn. Mature trees abut the boundary. Barbecue, patio table and chairs, 4 sun loungers. The garden is enclosed, but a determined dog possibly could escape.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, open fire in lounge, electric convector radiators throughout (thermostatically controlled), heated towel rails bathrooms; hot water electric immersions; 3 large hot water tanks provide plenty of hot water.

This working port is set at the mouth of Camel River Estuary, within easy reach of 7 local beaches and a ferry runs all year round across the estuary to Rock. Nearby is the famous St Enodoc golf course which has stunning views out to sea.

Just a short walk from the harbour is the National Lobster Hatchery and the start of the Camel Trail, an 18 mile purpose built route which follows a disused 19th century rail track. From the trail you can reach Wadebridge and Bodmin, and following the route of the River Camel further on the trail ends at the moorland village of St Breward.

Just 5 miles from Padstow is Crealy Adventure Park which has fantastic indoor and outdoor activities. Trevisker Farm has a 6 acre Maize Maze, with outdoor play areas and a café onsite. Prideaux Place is a beautiful Elizabethan manor where the house and gardens are open to the public, with guided tours available.

From the harbour there are a range of mini cruises and fishing trips on offer, also Sealife Safaris which gives visitors an opportunity to see dolphins, seals and basking sharks. There are lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as galleries, Cornish produce and gift shops.

This is a perfect base for walking the rugged North Cornwall coastline, and exploring the many coves and bays.
