St Nicholas Cottage is a detached granite cottage in the village of Lelant, a short distance from the town of St Ives. This large family house has ample parking, a well maintained garden and rear patio area. With local transport links nearby and the picturesque branch line a short walk away, St Nicholas Cottage is an ideal base to tour the area. Lelant village is a quiet location, ideal for those who just want to sit back and relax.

The historic cities of Exeter, Bath and Gloucester are definitely worth a visit, and with transport links all the way down to Penzance even the famous Lands End and remote Isles of Scilly can be reached.
