The Property is a wonderful holiday home with far reaching views across to the Torrs, the National Trust hills and cliffs immediately to the west of the town.

2021 The Property sleeps 8

Imagine yourselves relaxing in the hot tub set on the contemporary decking with glass panels maximising the panoramic countryside and ocean views. The living accommodation is well set out and all rooms are on the first floor with the kitchen/diner conveniently opening out onto the decked area. The lounge is light and welcoming with stylish furnishings and feature floor to ceiling windows to look out while sat in front of the warming log burner. The four contemporary and relaxing bedrooms are all on the same level, accessed easily from the spacious hallway. In addition to the superb accommodation the outside is a real feature with a well thought out decking area complete with a hot tub set into the deck as the central feature. There is an outside table set for al fresco meals and sun loungers. The top garden has seating on a raised decked area optimising uninterrupted views of the coastline and sea. Here you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine and plan your next days adventure, out and about in this beautiful part of Devon. The house also has a small patio area on the lower part of the lawn; shared use for 2021. The Property is located half a mile up the hill from Ilfracombe's main High Street, with its wide choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, the harbour and other town attractions are just beyond this. A trip out in the car will be a must for those looking for spectacular coastal scenery, sandy beaches, rugged coves and inspiring coastal and Exmoor walks. With the views on offer, great outdoor facilities, stylish furnishings and decor, guests are sure to enjoy staying at The Property.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Entrance hall with stairs leading up to the main accommodation on the First floor: Hallway. Kitchen/Dining area. Kitchen area with gas hob, separate electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, American style fridge/freezer. Living room with 65" OLED curved 3D 4K Ultra HD Smart Wi Fi satellite TV with sound system also a DAB/Bluetooth/Spotify/CD . Sky Q in lounge, main bedroom and Nest Lounge. Blue-ray 3D 4K Ultra HD Disc player, DVD and music system. Bedroom 1 with Superking, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom, bath with hand held shower attachment with separate shower, WC, bidet, Bluetooth mirror and basin. Bedroom 2 with Superking, 55" TV with ensuite shower room with corner shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with King, with TV. Bedroom 4 with 3' single with pull out 3' single trundle bed and 32" Smart TV. Family bathroom with bath with hand held shower attachment, separate shower, basin and WC. Utility room with sink, washer/dryer. All bathrooms feature heated towel rails.

For the annex accommodation (the Nest) on the Ground Floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining/ area with 40" flat screen Smart WiFi TV, Blue- ray disc player. Kitchen area with electric ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and slimline dishwasher. Living area with sofa bed (for alternative sleeping arrangements). Bedroom 1 with King and Smart WiFi TV/DVD.  Bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail, WC and basin. Storage cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. - the annexe is not available for 2021. The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms without use of the annexe

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Hot Tub. Wi-Fi Broadband. Regret no pets. Family parties only. No hen or stags. Selection of games, books and DVDs. Garden furniture. Barbecue.  Travel cot, highchair and Stairgate. No smoking. Parking on driveway for 3 cars. No short breaks. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
