Have dinner on the decked veranda or relax in the herb garden, enjoy tea by the main lawn with the orchestral sound of birdsong amidst the tranquil gardens. An abundance of private outdoor living space awaits with boules, croquet and table tennis available within the private gardens. For those who enjoy less sedate pastimes there is a tennis court available at neighbouring Hindringham Hall, with its stunning gardens open to the public twice a week for the summer months (there is a 20% entrance fee discount for guests staying at The Property). Boules court, croquet and table tennis are all available to use at your leisure with free tennis court facilities located within the grounds of Hindringham Hall & Gardens. Espalier trees frame the magnificent lawned gardens with vegetable and fruit gardens beyond. Located just 5 miles from the coast and the salt marshes of Stiffkey, The Property Barn is accessible to a variety of attractions. Families will enjoy a day out at Holkham Hall, enjoy summer picnics amongst a backdrop of woodland with the statuesque red deer herd. Explore the grounds by foot or on two wheels with bicycle hire available, and for youngsters there is a popular adventure playground offering welcome shade on hot sunny days and a great day out for the whole family. Perfect for the festive season why not combine a visit to Thursford, home to the world famous Christmas spectacular.
