Providing accommodation for up to sixteen guests across three beautifully furnished floors, this 'Smart house' is a true gem to be found. This property Sleeps 14 Adults and 2 Children up to the age of 10 only. Park up at the front of the property where you can find an electric charging point, before stepping into the porch, admiring the Nefyn emblem embossed on the floor before kicking off your shoes in the spacious hallway. Gather together within the sitting room, lighting up the woodburning stove in the exposed stone inglenook as you snuggle up to watch a film on the Smart TV equipped with Sky Q to offer you the very best on your relaxing retreat, with a piano in here too sure to provide hours of entertainment for the musician of the group. Move through into the sleek and stylish dining room where a long table takes centre stage where you can get together for quality time with your loved ones, before venturing out of the patio doors to the hot tub where you can enjoy an afternoon soak, with the dining room television visible from here too so you can catch up with all your favourite shows whilst submerged in true tranquility. A couple of steps up from the dining room will bring you to the first half of the impressive kitchen hosting a large electric range cooker, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, while the adjoining door taking you past the convenient wet room brings you to the second half hosting even more high quality amenities to assist in your home-cooking. When it's time to rest, venture up the staircase to find four inviting bedrooms resting on the first floor, made up of a wonderful children's room with two double beds and two bunks with the true wonder being the clouds painted on the ceiling and twinkling lights imitating stars offering the perfect way to send your little ones off to sleep, with both the master king-size bedroom with its very own en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and one Super King bedroom and one double bedroom served by the rustic-styled bathroom with a wonderful sunken bath to sink into. Take the staircase up to the second floor to find the two hideaways of a king-size room with a travel cot and a twin room, both tucked away beneath the eaves of the room and offering a lovely escape for those seeking a sleeping spot away from the excitement of the group. Some of the bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs with Sky Q so you can watch a film to send you off to sleep from the comfort of the covers, as well as boasting ample storage space for all of your personal belongings. Outside the wonder only continues where you can find the delight of the hot tub with an outdoor shower for a rinse before stepping over to the bar for a refreshing pint of Moretti from the beer tap, with plenty of seating to relax on as the barbecue sizzles away and the little ones delight at the climbing wall and sunken trampoline.
