Nestled in the rolling hills of Dalnaspidal, Perth and Kinross, lies The Property, a traditional cottage suitable for a family or group of friends looking to explore the Cairngorms National Park and Scottish Highlands. Entering the property, the compact kitchen welcomes you with all the necessities you could need for your self-catering requirements, such as a gas hob, electric oven and a delightful view over the garden, certain to entice any budding chefs to rustle up some tasty meals. From here, the sitting room invites you to kick off your shoes and relax in front of the TV or with a good book while you warm your feet by the woodburning stove. Moving through the property, a convenient ground-floor double rooms entices you to retire for the evening after a long stay of exploring your surroundings; also on the ground floor is the family bathroom complete with a shower over bath, basin, WC, and of course a bath for you to soak your muscles after an exciting day of walking. Climbing the stairs, the remaining two bedrooms meet you; the first is a bright and airy double room with a large Velux window looking out over the magnificent views, the second is the master bedroom, home to a plush king-size where you can unwind and plan the next day's adventures. If the chef of the group needs a break, a short and scenic drive will take you to Riverbank Café which also offers takeaway to suit each person's needs, or venture out to The Old Manse of Blair to dine in, or even out on their pretty outdoor seating area. For a more casual stroll in the area, visit Cluny House Gardens created in 1950s where it had just two large trees at its inception, now home to an abundance of foliage and a home to red squirrels, this attractive garden is sure to be a tranquil day out; further afield you will also discover Bolfracks Estate & Gardens, which hosts many rare and unusual plants for you to examine. In the nearby town of Pitlochry, treat yourself to a day at Pitlochry Golf, a renowned golf club boasting sweeping views of the Tummel Valley, a very popular destination for golfing enthusiasts. For the animal lovers, within an hour of the abode is Strathspey Highland Ponies for pony trekking through the Cairngorms, or for a more hands-off approach, the Highland Wildlife Park is also within driving distance and home to many different species from around the world such as polar bears and tigers.
