This property sleeps up to two guests making The Property an excellent destination for a couple’s getaway, within easy reach of the surrounding areas of Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. On-street parking adjacent to the property greets you upon arrival along with a small enclosed lawn area. Curl up in front of the TV to enjoy your favourite show in the living/dining room after a long day of exploring and light the electric fire for added comfort. Gather with loved ones around the dining table whilst you enjoy freshly prepared treats and the adventures that await in the following days. The charming village of Killin is situated on the edge of the famous Loch Lomond and the woodland of Trossachs National Park. Set out for the day and ramble the surrounding mountains of Beadalbane and soak up the beautiful Scottish countryside, be sure to make a stop at the magnificent series of rapids known as the Falls of Dochart which have been flowing in Killin since ancient times. Delve into history and explore the ruins of the once Finlarig Castle, with the remnants of Breadalbane Mausoleum just a stone’s throw away. For those who are looking for something more action-packed, visit the small neighbouring town of Aberfeldy, home to Loch Tay, where you can try kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking, or hire a motorboat. Loch Tay is also perfect for any keen fishermen, famous for its salmon fishing as well as trout and pike available, where you can hire a ghillie boat and all fishing equipment will be included in the cost. If you’re looking to explore a little further, just over an hour away is the picturesque town of Pitlochry, known for its annual Pitlochry Festival Theatre where you can expect live music and entertainment making for a fun—filled evening.
