This spacious elegant property is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, a short stroll from Whitby's harbour, the whale bones and the beach as well as stylish bars and award winning restaurants. Set over four floors this sumptuous property has been decorated and furnished with style and character, with all the mod cons you would need.in the heart of Whitby. There are two living areas on the ground floor an elegant lounge with comfortable seating for everyone to curl up and discuss plans for the next day or just relax and watch TV. Go down the stairs to the lower ground floor and you will discover a second seating area in the wonderful family dining kitchen, ideal to chat while preparing a meal for everyone to enjoy at the large dining table. Head up the beautiful staircase with wooden banister to the first floor which boasts two bedrooms and a shower room. Two more lovely bedrooms await on the second floor and a family bathroom with modern shower bath. Whitby is a very popular seaside town retaining old world character and has lots of events throughout the year. Whatever your interests there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance: A spacious and smart entrance hall with original wooden floor, five steps up from the lobby to the hall where you will find a dresser and mirror, coat hooks and storage chest. Lounge: an elegant room full of character providing plenty of comfortable seating with three 3-seater sofas cupboards and shelves built into the alcove, one housing the large screen TV with sky box, there is an open fire with a marble surround and mantle, a large coffee table and two lamps.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

From the entrance hall take the stairs down, past the door to the rear courtyard to the family kitchen

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen, Built-in electric oven with grill, ceramic hob with hood over, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and storage. Dining Area: Large wooden table with six chairs and a bench, Inglenook fireplace with timber mantle and electric fire. Seating Area: Two-seater sofa and chair with coffee table and TV on cabinet. Utility: Toilet with small vanity wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom One:  Double bed and two bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, feature marble fireplace with cast iron fire (not in use) Bedroom Two: Double bed with two bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. Shower Room: Shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, vanity wash basin with mirror over, Toilet and towel rail.

SECOND FLOOR

OUTSIDE Rear: Through door to small courtyard with wooden table and chairs. Pets: Sorry no pets allowed. Parking: There is private parking for one car at the rear of the property.
