From this dining area are further double doors into the open plan shaker style kitchen with wooden worktops and range cooker. A kitchen island separates the kitchen from another dining table, this time with seating for 8. The room offers itself to entertaining with a sociable feel and open plan nature. The games room at the rear of the property is sure to keep children and perhaps adults of all ages entertained with comfortable futon settee and flat screen smart TV along with a table football table, that can be turned around for mini air hockey or even a game of pool! The downstairs shower room is tucked away through a doorway from this room.

Double doors open out to a lovely enclosed rear garden with side access and a hose pipe to wash sandy dogs off from a day at the beach. There is a paved seating area as you step out of the house, with rattan outdoor seating, glass topped dining table and cushions - perfect for enjoying a BBQ on a summers evening. Further up the lawned garden is a decked seating area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.

All four bedrooms are arranged over two floors, the first floor is home to the family bathroom, with walk in shower and feature freestanding bath. Along the hallway you will find a bright and airy twin bedroom, next door to a king size bedroom tastefully furnished in neutral colours, it even has a relaxing armchair in the bay window to stop and watch the world go by. Up to the second floor, are two further bedrooms - one king and one twin, meaning that this property offers an element of privacy for two or more groups holidaying together.  

Located just a short stroll away is the town of Weymouth, a cheerful seaside town with award winning sandy beach and shallow warm waters it is well known for being a family friendly place to visit. You can also spend time meandering around the historic harbour side, with an eclectic mix of independent galleries, coffee shops and pubs. Take time to enjoy a meal out in one of Weymouth's popular seafront seafood or Italian restaurants. The town is great for families too with plenty to see and do - spend the day with a picnic at Lodmoor Country Park with the miniature railway, learn about Weymouth's history at the Nothe Fort or even explore marine life at the Sea-Life Centre.
