Northam Burrows Country Park is part of the first UK UNESCO Biosphere and walkers and nature lovers will enjoy this unique landscape.  If you would like to explore, there is so much more within easy driving distance including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly and the historic Elizabethan port town of Bideford.

Laid out over 4 floors this wonderful property offers a stylish beach themed interior with all mod cons and sea views from each of its 4 floors and balconies.  Entering into the hallway on the ground floor you are welcomed by the first of two lounge areas, with comfortable seating, Smart TV, a desk area - perfect for writing your holiday postcards, and a balcony with seating and beautiful views.  There is also a useful separate WC on this floor. Stairs lead to the lower ground floor where you will find the modern open plan kitchen and living area with large curved Smart TV and comfortable leather sofa.  The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, you'll just need to decide whether to dine at the contemporary glass dining table inside, or head out through the bi-folding doors which lead onto the wonderful decked terrace with rattan furniture, and glass balcony so even when sitting you can enjoy those unforgettable views!  A few external steps lead down to a shingle area with gas BBQ and a large storage area which is ideal for surfboards, fishing nets, bikes and muddy boots! On the first floor you will find the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony and a triple bedroom with a double and single bed above.  A family bathroom is also on this floor. The master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, is situated on the second floor and has its own balcony with round loveseat; the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sundowner, whilst taking in those breathtaking views.  The spacious twin room is also situated on this floor. 

Westward Ho! is a resort for all seasons with great facilities close by but if you would like a change of scene, there is so much to explore within easy driving distance including coastal villages, incredible landscapes of the Hartland Peninsular and a great choice of family attractions such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park, Wakepark & Aquapark and Dartington Crystal.  Just a 40 minute drive down the coast with take you to the Cornish seaside town of Bude.
