Description

A fabulous Georgian house standing in two and a half acres of gardens, hidden in the South Hams village of Slapton.

The property is huge… it can comfortable sleep a party of 14 in 7 bedrooms… in fact it's a great house for a celebration with family and friends. There's even enough room in the grounds to erect a marquee (just drop us a note and we’ll speak to the owner!)

Maintaining many original Georgian features, The Property is a real gem… tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with two living rooms, conservatory and games room. This 7 bedroom property also has 5 bathrooms!

The gardens are a real feature of the house. The terraced barbecue area is just in front of the conservatory and a fabulous spot to cook over the coals and dine alfresco in the summer evenings. When you decide to tear yourself away from the property, you'll find Slapton Sands just a couple of miles away and the historical Naval town of Dartmouth just 15 minutes away.

Dartmouth is a delightful town which sits on the River Dart, home to some fabulous fish restaurants and cafes, delis and many independent shops and art galleries. Head west and you'll find the popular sailing town of Salcombe with the sandy beaches of North Sands, South Sands and across the river to East Portlemouth.

A truly delightful and elegant property.
