A pleasant 10 minute walk along the beach footpath leads to the magnificent surfing beach at Croyde. The three mile surfing beach at Saunton and championship golf course, are also just a few minutes car drive away. The stunning coastal paths offer keen walkers a wonderful experience in this area of outstanding natural beauty, or simply relax, unwind and enjoy the comfort of The Property.

Socket outside the front of house for portable car chargers.
Parking: To the front of the property there is parking for three cars.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to the agency with the final balance of your holiday, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
