The Property is a traditional, comfortable, and well equipped family home, enjoying a unique and spectacular position overlooking scenic Croyde bay. Boasting approximately an acre of garden, The Property has unspoiled views over the beach and out to sea. The property has direct access to Croyde beach via a gate at the end of the garden leading on to a path with steps down to the beach. Croyde is a picturesque, premium surf beach, patrolled by RNLI lifeguards and popular with families and surfers alike.  Surfboards, wetsuits, and any beach equipment (not supplied) can be stored in an outdoor shed at the side of the property, and an outdoor shower can be used to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Croyde is a popular seaside village with pubs, restaurants and ice cream stores located about a 15-minute easy walk from the property.  Hugely loved by surfers and families who enjoy outdoor pursuits, the village is charming and full of character.

An older property furnished in a homely, traditional style, the house is comfortable with an abundance of indoor and outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy. There is no shortage of outdoor seating and there are dining options both to the front and rear of the property so that the sun can be enjoyed all day!

The kitchen is welcoming and there is a spacious dining room with stunning views over the beach. The unrivalled views can also be enjoyed from the cosy living room, and a small sun room to the rear of the property leading out to the extensive patio and garden. The ground floor of the property features one twin and one double bedroom, both served by a jack and jill style bathroom.

On the first floor there are two further spacious bedrooms, one served by a family bathroom and another with a en-suite bathroom.  Stunning views can once again be enjoyed by a further lounge, adorned with comfortable seating and the perfect spot to enjoy the famous Croyde sunset with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Accommodation: The house sleeps a maximum of 9 people, 8 adults and one child (including babies/toddlers) and is therefore suitable for an extended family group or possibly 2 smaller families.

Ground Floor: Outdoor seating on entrance to property. Entrance hall. Family kitchen with electric oven and halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen table. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, storage for highchair/travel cot and WC. Dining room with table and seating for 8. Lounge with ample seating, Smart TV and DVD player. Small sun room with access to garden.  Bedroom 1 with twin beds and Bedroom 2 with a double bed.  Both bedrooms have access to an en-suite “jack-and-jill” bathroom with electric shower over bath, WC, towel rail and washbasin.

First floor: Bedroom 3 with Superking bed and sea views. Family bathroom with electric shower over bath, washbasin, towel rail and WC. Second lounge with seating and sea views. Bedroom 4 also with sea views with 3 Single beds (2 of which can be converted to a Superking bed by prior request) and en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, washbasin, towel rail and WC.

Outside: Paved patios at the front and back of the house, large garden (mostly lawn), outdoor seating and tables, storage area for boards and wetsuits, and private gate with direct access to beach.  Gardener comes to mow the lawn weekly on Wednesdays (weather permitting). 

Facilities and Services: Linen and bath towels (not for the beach). Gas Central Heating. Wi-Fi Broadband. Smart TV. Highchair and travel cot. Private parking for 3-4 cars on driveway. Around 1 acre of garden in total. Weekly bookings only. No smoking. Sorry no pets.  An electric car Type 2 charging point is available.
