The Property is set in a quiet and much sought-after location within walking distance of local amenities and Croyde beach. The property enjoys stunning views across open fields to the sand dunes and the sea. It is very light and spacious with large windows to the south and west, large bedrooms and separate dining, sitting and snug areas. Croyde is a highly desirable seaside village and a popular holiday location and is mainly known for its sandy bay offering excellent surfing and other water sports. At the north end is the jutting rock face of Baggy Point which offers a beautiful and tranquil coastal walk around the headland to Putsborough beach and in turn to Woolacombe. Around Downend headland to the south is the UNESCO heritage Saunton burrows and 3 1/2-mile long Saunton Sands beach, as well as Saunton Golf Club which offers 36 holes of beautiful championship links golf.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £400 which is payable to Marsdens Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit should any damage occur during your stay.
