The Property is a grand, comfortable family home situated in an ideal position within the pretty village of Croyde, a haven for surfers, beachgoers and dog walkers alike with its dramatic coastline.

Located just a short walk from the centre of the village within a pretty setting overlooking the rolling hills around the area, there is a lovely beach and a selection of local bars and cafes serving delicious local food and drink. Croyde truly comes to life with the surf, and there are a remarkable number of scenic spots to watch the surfers ride the waves, or to enjoy a drink whilst the sun slips below the horizon.
