The grand living room with open fireplace has plenty of comfy seating and is the perfect place to enjoy family games or just sit with a good book and relax. The village of Braunton offers a great selection of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and is just a short drive to the beautiful surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde, and world class Saunton Sands Golf Club. An ideal property for walkers and cyclists with easy access to the Tarka Trail, which follows the route of the old railway line around the Taw Estuary as well as the spectacular coastal walks along the nearby Golden Coast. Woolacombe with its award winning surfing beach and Ilfracombe with its picturesque harbour and excellant eateries are both less then 10 miles drive, with family attractions such as Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and dinosaur park a further 5 miles. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £450, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
