Description

The Property is a beautifully furnished Georgian House, approached viaa long private driveway and set in extensive south facing gardens, close to the village of Braunton. Stylishly presented throughout whilst retaining much of it's original character this delightful property is an ideal place for family and friends to get together. With five spacious bedrooms, three with ensuites and a ground floor double room with seperate shower room, the property is perfect for families of varying ages. It also boasts a large kitchen/dining/family area with comfy sofa and seperate 'snug' area with TV and childrens games. The grand living room with open fireplace has plenty of comfy seating and is the perfect place to enjoy family games or just sit with a good book and relax. A glazed door opens up onto the terraced outdoor eating area with BBQ, dining table and chairs and a comfortable seating area to enjoy the wonderful views over the garden.

The village of Braunton offers a great selection of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and is just a short drive to the beautiful surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde, and world class Saunton Sands Golf Club. An ideal property for walkers and cyclists with easy access to the Tarka Trail, which follows the route of the old railway line around the Taw Estuary as well as the spectacular coastal walks along the nearby Golden Coast. Woolacombe with its award winning surfing beach and Ilfracombe with its picturesque harbour and excellant eateries are both less then 10 miles drive, with family attractions such as Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and dinosaur park a further 5 miles. However you choose to spend your days in North Devon, you can be assured you will always want to return to this welcoming family home.

Bedroom 5: 2'6" Twin (zip n link option to King on request) room with hanging space and shelves for storage.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £450, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power & Heat: Gas and Electricity included. 

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).

Notes - No Smoking. No pets. No hen or stag parties, family bookings only. Weber gas BBQ provided. Wifi provided. Highchair provided. No travel cot provided, please bring your own.
