Newly refurbished terraced cottage, a short stroll from the picturesque village of Mortehoe offering two lovely pubs with restaurants, shops, heritage centre, rocky coves and easy access to The South West Coast path, offering miles of scenic coastal and inland walks, perfect for both casual or more experienced walkers. The popular coastal resort of Woolacombe Bay with it’s wide sandy beach and excellent pubs and restaurants is just a short drive away.

The property is deceptively spacious and has been tastefully furnished and decorated offering unique quality accommodation for 8 people with sea glimpses from outside patio area, balcony and master bedroom also bedroom two. Stunning countryside views can be enjoyed from the raised south facing decked area just off the lounge, a lovely place to enjoy an evening drink whilst the sun goes down. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, spacious master king size room with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Two further twin rooms (option for Super King on request) and a family bathroom complete the first floor level. Stairs from the hall lead down to the basement level, where a handy utility room, games room and further double bedroom can be found, this is a perfect area for a couple or a teenager to have some space from the main house, and benefits from a fully fitted bathroom and garden room with access to the lawned garden area, with patio furniture.

With many wonderful beaches and coastal walks nearby, we are sure The Property will become a firm favourite with our guests.

Bedroom 1: Stylishly designed master suite with king size bed (luxury tempur mattress) a dressing room with large sliding wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Hillside views from window with sea views to the right side.

Bedroom 2: Twin Zip n link, can be converted to Superking on request. Beautifully designed room with an aquatic theme which enjoys sea and hillside views. A large mirrored sliding wardrobe for ample storage.

Bedroom 3: Twin zip n link, can be converted to Superking on request. A fun room with Dalmatian theme. Stunning high ceilings and a large window makes the room light and airy and the fitted mirrored wardrobe adds elegance as well as ample storage. This twin room offers hillside view over the front of the property.

Bathroom: Spacious family bathroom has a shower over a bath, WC and handbasin.

Stairs from hall to lower ground floor:

Bedroom 4: A chic and contemporary double bedroom with local photography (of Mortehoe area) displayed on canvases. It enjoys the privacy of being on a separate level in the basement. The room has a chest of drawers and a cupboard (the cupboard is located in the adjoining room).

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and handbasin

Utility room: With washing machine, condenser dryer, and space to dry coats, beach towels and wetsuits if needed

Games room: With football table and fun wallpaper to feel like you have dived into an aquarium. This is an absolutely fantastic space for teenagers and families

Garden room: A room where there is access out from the basement to the garden.

Garden: A fully enclosed and secure rear garden which can be accessed via the basement or via stairs down from the raised decking area off the lounge. With a BBQ and a large teak table for outdoor dining as well as a raised decking area. It is very peaceful and you can sit and watch the sheep roam the hillside and enjoy sea view to the side. There is a rotary washing line for drying

Parking: 2 off road parking spaces clearly labelled at front of property along the wall

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to the agency with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power & Heat:  Gas central heating. Starter packs for the log burner can be purchased through the housekeeper before arrival, approx £9 per pack.

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels). Highchair and Travel cot

Notes - No Smoking. 2 Pets allowed (medium sized dog crate available)
