The Property is a spacious, sleeps 8, recently refurbished, double fronted holiday home set in a peaceful location close to the Barbara Hepworth Museum and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the harbour at St Ives. The cafes, restaurants, galleries, independent shops and golden sandy beaches on offer within this famous seaside town are all only a stroll away. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an enclosed courtyard, this large, tastefully furnished holiday cottage offers stylish flexible accommodation for family and friends to enjoy a break in St Ives at any time of year.

GROUND FLOOR: Living Room: This beautifully furnished room has large, comfy sofas, Smart TV and attractive shutters. Dining Room: With a charming window seat and dining table and chairs, which comfortably seat up to eight guests for those fun-filled evenings with family and friends. Kitchen: Recently fitted and well-equipped kitchen boasting a Rangemaster cooker with five ring induction hob and two ovens, a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Sunroom: Leading from the living area to the rear of the property is a delightful snug/sunroom with patio doors to the enclosed sunny courtyard.

FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, plus extra hanging space and storage. En Suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, hand wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2:  Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Bathroom: Feature bath, wash basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 3: Double bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe. This room has lovely views across the rooftops of St Ives and out to the bay. Shower Room: With large cubicle, rainfall and handheld shower attachments, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

GARDEN & PARKING: Enclosed courtyard to rear, great for morning coffee or a glass of something chilled after a day on one of the many local golden sandy beaches. No private parking. Long stay car parks nearby.

Power and Heat: Gas central heating. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen. Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
