First Floor:

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: This great open plan space has plenty of room for all your guests to come together and boasts comfy sofas, dining table for up to eight guests and Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with an island unit, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plus wine cooler fridge, microwave and washing machine. Bedroom One: With a king size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space and chest of drawers. Bathroom:  With a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin with vanity unit and heated towel rail.

Second Floor:

Bedroom Two: With a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space. En Suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Bedroom Three: With a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with shelving space. Bedroom Four: Another good size room with two single beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, dressing table and wardrobe with hanging space. Shower room: Including a shower cubicle with both rain head and handheld attachments, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am. Pets: One pet allowed for an additional charge. Power and Heat: Central Heating. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair. Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
