Owls End is a fantastic converted barn set in the grounds of Wattisham Hall. Surrounded by 12th century medieval moat, this beautiful property is perfect for a large group to sit back, relax and unwind all together in the hot tub, by the BBQ, in front of the wood burner or all around the dining table. Boasting many original features, such as brick and oak flooring, wooden beams and cosy rooms, this property is a perfect base to explore the Suffolk countryside.  

Stepping into the barn, you are welcomed into a bright open plan living area, full of comfy sofas and a roaring woodburner. This follows into a traditional farmhouse style kitchen, which is fully equipped for all your self catering needs. Opposite is a generous dining room with plenty of seating for all your guests to enjoy dinner together. Also on the ground floor is a well furnished double bedroom fit with en suite shower room. Leading up the staircase to the first floor, the property offers a small bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children, a sizeable bedroom with super king bed and a large family bedroom containing a super king bed and single bed with trundle bed underneath. Adjacent to the beautifully furnished bedrooms is a bathroom and separate shower room. To the rear of the property, accessed via french doors from the living room, leads to a substantial, fully enclosed patio area, complete with hot tub, garden furniture and specially built stone BBQ, overlooking the magnificent moat.  

Outside the barn, there is a games room which is fully equipped with pool table, table tennis, table football and lots of other games to be played with. Next door is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Beside the games room is a brilliant outdoor play park, which has a climbing frame, swings and a slide. Parents can rest easy watching them from the comfort of the barn through the large windows.

This is a non smoking property. The washing machine and tumble dryer are found in the shared laundry room and not in the kitchen.
