The house has been extended and fully refurbished to create a bright and spacious holiday cottage for families and friends to enjoy the delights of a seaside holiday or fun weekend exploring the attractions of Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

The interior of the house has been designed to provide maximum comfort and space, with an eclectic mix of shabby chic furniture and new beds, superb mattresses, comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, plus superb facilities and kitchen equipment.

Accommodation:

Entrance lobby: Step into the storm porch with space for pushchairs and boots, hanging space for coats.

Entrance Hall: All rooms lead off this central room with stripped wooden floors . Large dresser with books dvds and games . 2 chairs and a coffee table, French doors leading to the enclosed dog and child friendly garden . Stairs to the first floor.

Sitting room: Two large sofas, one large snuggle chair and a leather electric recliner. Smart TV with Freeview and Sky, DVD player. Wooden floor with rug. Large storage coffee table with games. Large window on to the garden. 

Kitchen/Dining room: Hand built kitchen with wooden work tops . Large falcon range cooker with extractor . Fridge freezer, dishwasher,  microwave and radio. Pantry. Rustic pine dining table easily seats 10 . Large bay window with great views of the sea and pier.

Utility room: Cupboards and shelves for storage, water softener, butler sink and draining board, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 1: Ground Floor bedroom ideally located next to wet room with access to both rooms via a lobby off the hall, 3' twin beds, bedside cabinets and lamps, hanging space and shelves.

Wet room: Walk-in Shower, WC and hand basin, heated towel rail.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with fantastic views of the pier. Super king zip lock bed that can be adjusted to twin on request . Bedside cabinets, bedside wall lights, two wardrobes. Dressing  table area and mirror. TV.  Hair dryer. Ensuite shower room with WC and  hand basin.

Bedroom 3: Large double bedroom with bay window giving views to the pier and sea. Super king zip lock bed that can be adjusted to twin on request . Bedside cabinets and lamps. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and chair. TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 4: Second master with Super king zip lock bed that can be adjusted to twin on request . Bedside cabinets and lamps. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, dressing table and chair. Hairdryer, TV and DVD player. Juliet balcony with views over the garden and out to sea. Ensuite shower room with WC and  hand basin.

Bedroom 5: Twin bedded room, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe. This bedroom and bedroom 3 share the family bathroom.

Large family bathroom: Bath, walk in shower, WC, hand basin and towel rail.

Outside: Off-street parking for three cars, enclosed landscaped garden with paved terrace, table and chairs for 10, lawn area with trees.

Garden room: An additional social area with comfortable seating, a selection of games, glazed folding doors.

A charcoal barbecue is also provided for guests use (charcoal is not provided).

Notes: Bed linen and towels are provided. Bedding and pillows are a mixture of down and hypoallergenic. No cots provided at this property.
