Just moments away from the glorious Southwold seafront you will find The Property. A well-presented and beautifully decorated five bedroom property offering guests a touch of luxury during their coastal escape.

On entering the property you’re welcomed into a porch with hanging facilities for coats. The ground floor boasts two sitting areas. The first at the front of the house. A quieter room with soft comfortable furnishings and large bay windows through which the natural light floods. The second snug room offers a television with DVD player and a large selection of TV channels,DVD’s and games. The perfect area for the children to have some fun with all the facilities on offer whilst the adults can relax in the sitting room next door. With both sitting areas offering wood burning stoves this property is ideal for breaks all year round.

At the rear of the ground floor is the kitchen/dining area. A wonderful space for the whole party to come together, socialise and enjoy some good food prepared in the well equipped kitchen. Every detail has been thought of,with all of the facilities that you would need to make the most of your self-catering stay.

On the first and second floors there are five bedrooms. All of which are beautifully furnished to a very high standard,offering guests plenty of storage facilities for their belongings. The Master bedroom, really has the wow factor,with a luxurious super king-sized bed and en-suite facilities. Double doors open out onto a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the summer sun and listen to the crashing waves with your morning cup of coffee. In addition to the en-suite shower room there are another two bathrooms available for guests. All of the bathrooms have just been refurbished to a very high standard.

Outside the property offers a quiet courtyard garden with a large table and chairs alongside the BBQ where you can enjoy some al fresco dining.There is a foldaway table tennis table if you are feeling more energetic. Shop: 175 yards. Pub: 175 yards.

FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1: Super King Sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, feature fireplace, double doors leading to small balcony with two chairs. Ensuite: Shower cubicle with waterfall shower and hand held shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2: Twin room, chest of drawers and hanging rail. – An additional two mattresses stored under the single bed with bedding available for guest use if required (please mention at time of booking so housekeeper can prepare this). Bedroom 3: Single bed and chest of drawers. Bathroom: Bath with over bath shower, WC and basin.

SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 4: Twin room, feature fireplace, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 5: Double bed, feature fireplace, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom: Bath and hand held shower attachment, WC and basin.

Garden: Courtyard garden with table and chairs and BBQ facilities. Parking: Roadside directly outside the property.

Heating: Gas central heating. Notes: Fast Wi-Fi and towels included. Highchair and Travel Cot available for guest use.

Southwold Pier Area (Easy walking distance) - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.
