The Property is a beautiful and luxurious holiday home.  Situated a stones throw from the beach and much-loved Southwold High Street, one could not be in a better spot.  This property has recently been newly refurbished by its owners and thought has gone into every detail.  They have furnished the house to a high standard bringing oodles of comfort to this coastal holiday let.

On the ground floor the open plan living and dining room with french doors leading out onto the small but secluded patio courtyard offers the perfect entertaining space for gatherings with loved ones. There is a fabulous wood burner to cosy up in front of after a bracing walk along the beach or just to enjoy with wine and friends on those cooler evenings.  With seating in abundance no one will feel left out. The kitchen is stylish and modern providing everything a guest could ask for during their stay. There is a smaller dining table and chairs in the kitchen too.  The doors open out onto the patio courtyard where there is additional seating. Why not relax after a long day exploring the beautiful heritage coast with a gin and tonic before cooking up a BBQ feast for everyone.
