FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: Dining table which can seat up to 10 people. Rangemaster double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler.  Double doors and stable door through to - Conservatory: Large area with three three-seater sofas. Lounge: Panoramic views over countryside, gas fire, three four-seater sofas, 58" TV. Bedroom 2:  Super King Size Zip/Link bed (made as singles on request), fitted wardrobe and en suite shower. Views of estuary and countryside. Bedroom 3: Fitted double wardrobe, dressing table and cabinets. King size bed, looking out onto rear garden. En suite with bath and shower.

Parking for 4 cars on drive and on road in front of house. No Motorhomes or Campervans

Changeover day: Saturday  Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included.  Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.  Baby Equipment: Highchair, stairgate, travel cot.  Full size wooden cot available on request.  Please bring own linen. Shop: 1 mile Pub: 1 mile
