The Point is a large 5-bedroom detached property located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the pretty North Gower village of Crofty. The property provides spacious and sociable living, with well-maintained and secure gardens along with parking for numerous vehicles.

The property is ideally located for access to the amenities that North Gower has to offer, along with easy access to the coastal footpath and Llanrhidian coastal marshes. The village of Crofty provides easy access to the M4 motorway and surrounding areas along with having a local shop/post office and pub.

Enter into the hallway with doors off to: open plan kitchen/diner - the fitted kitchen has a Range oven with gas hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a table and chairs for 10.

The large, well-furnished and comfortable lounge has soft seating with a 40inch flat screen TV and DVD player, and gas fire.

Adjacent to and open-plan to the lounge is a large and sociable conservatory with further soft seating and direct access to the patio and gardens.

In addition to the living space on the ground floor, there is a family shower room and 2 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite which is located at the front of the property. The two ground floor bedrooms are a king and a twin.

First floor there are 3 large bedrooms and a family bathroom situated off the landing. The bedrooms are: 1 king, 1 double and 1 single.

External: The property has well maintained and secure gardens, at the rear of the property is a patio area, lawned garden and a multi-purpose area which has children's play equipment and space for a BBQ (please bring your own disposable BBQ).

The front of the property is laid to lawn with borders as well as having a secluded and private seating area. There is a gated large driveway with ample parking along with part use of a garage which provides secure storage for bikes/surfboards etc.

The Vale of Glamorgan is worth a visit, with a 9 mile heritage coastal path not to mention the famous Barry Island with its vibrant amusement park which is all only a few miles from Cardiff.

Not just an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Wye Valley and the Vale of Usk combined can also boast having the most castles per square mile in Britain. In recognition of its revolutionary importance the Blaenavon Industrial Landscape is now a World Heritage Site and has a fascinating collection of ironworks, mines and a national museum.

Cardiff is perfect for a day of shopping and sight-seeing. The varied choice of entertainment ranges from live music venues, guided tours and art events. For a peaceful walk or nature spotting trip then the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal is a beautiful and isolated place to unwind.
