Forming the eastern wing of the original building (left wing of first photograph), The Property is a spacious, stylish, beautifully restored 5 bedroom house enjoying panoramic views over Cardigan Bay to St Tudwal's islands. This property is situated in a convenient position, just a couple of minutes' walk into Abersoch village, for local shops, restaurants and beaches.

The spacious hallway leads to the large kitchen, double doors through to the lounge with comfortable sofas, widescreen Freeview TV/DVD and WiFi (please note the broadband connection is not superfast and is therefore suitable for emails/browsing only). The conservatory, with underfloor heating, forms a second lounge/breakfast room with a sofa bed (for additional sleeping arrangements), Freeview TV and DVD. The breakfast area has pine table, chairs and welsh dresser. Both rooms have patio doors leading to sun terrace overlooking the private rear garden with fantastic views across Cardigan Bay. The contemporary kitchen/diner is well equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The dining area has seating for 10. There is a ground floor shower room with large double door shower, basin and WC. Stairs lead to the first floor with a large landing, with sofa to admire the views across the garden. There are three bedrooms on this floor; a master bedroom with en suite shower room, king size bed and doors to the lovely balcony and two twin rooms with views. There is also family bathroom with separate shower. There are a further two bedrooms in the eaves on the second floor, a double and a twin, also a shower room.

The Property has a fully enclosed private garden to the rear with garden furniture and those stunning views. To the front is a shared lawn and ample parking area, also an outside shower and tap, ideal for rinsing after a day on the beach.

Indeed, it is one of the only parts of Britain where you can be in the mountains in the morning and at the seaside by the afternoon. The diverse animal life of the region reflects this, with everything from otters to ospreys and seals to dolphins.

Not many places are imbued with such history and heritage, which is reflected throughout the region from cottages to castles! Attractions abound, with zoos and farms, steam railways and activity centres. There are regular events from international cultural festivals and shows to family fun days.

The area also offers a huge range of outdoor activities; walking, cycling, fishing, golf and water-sports to name only a few. In many parts of North Wales the spoken language is Welsh, not English, although people who cannot or will not speak the latter are rare, and signposts and other notices always display their message in both languages.
