The Property benefits from a central Abersoch location with the harbour beach close by along with the popular Crust Pizzeria and Coconut Kitchen. All the village amenities are also just a short walk up the hill making this comfortable and practical property a great choice for a family looking to make the most of their holiday in popular Abersoch.

The main living area has a sleek and stylish feel with the living room open-plan to the kitchen; boatyard-facing the lounge includes two leather sofas, flatscreen TV and DVD player, an electric fire and WiFi. The well-equipped, modern kitchen has integrated dishwasher, microwave , gas hob and oven, larder style free-standing fridge/freezer and even a further drinks fridge and coffee machine. Other contemporary features are the granite work surface and a central bistro style table with a couple of stools. From the kitchen is the stunning conservatory with an extending glass dining table and ambient lighting. Downstairs there is also a convenient contemporary shower room and basin and WC and a washing machine housed in the under stair cupboard.

On the first floor is an elegant front double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the boatyard, two rear double bedrooms, one with limited floor space and a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Up on the second floor is the master double, in the eaves with a flatscreen Freeview TV and ensuite featuring a double shower cubicle.

The outside space to the back of the house is expansive and French doors lead out from the conservatory to a decked area with garden furniture. The large area of rear patio also includes a large gazebo to provide a great setting for outdoor dining and relaxing. At the front of the house there is plenty of private off road parking with space for up to three cars.

North Wales showcases some of the UK's most varied landscape, from the snow-capped mountains of Snowdonia to the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula. Indeed, it is one of the only parts of Britain where you can be in the mountains in the morning and at the seaside by the afternoon. The diverse animal life of the region reflects this, with everything from otters to ospreys and seals to dolphins.

Not many places are imbued with such history and heritage, which is reflected throughout the region from cottages to castles! Attractions abound, with zoos and farms, steam railways and activity centres. There are regular events from international cultural festivals and shows to family fun days.

The area also offers a huge range of outdoor activities; walking, cycling, fishing, golf and water-sports to name only a few. In many parts of North Wales the spoken language is Welsh, not English, although people who cannot or will not speak the latter are rare, and signposts and other notices always display their message in both languages.
