Description

Lying in the pretty hamlet of Rhoshirwaun, at the heart of the Lleyn Peninsula, this 18th century farmhouse has been transformed into a spectacular holiday home with outdoor heated swimming pool (available 22nd May to 4th September). The idyllic tranquil setting is perfect for a rural escape yet, only a short drive to the Lleyn's ever popular bustling seaside villages of Aberdaron, Abersoch and Nefyn.

This superb 18th century cottage lies in exquisite and extensive grounds, a fabulous place for both children and adults to explore with a stream, lawn garden, bountiful borders and wild flowers: a real natural treasure. The luxury of the pool and poolside makes it a perfect family and group escape with a great outdoor living experience from sunrise to sunset. Inside is no less impressive where traditional architecture and charming features including exposed stonework, tiled floors and original oak beams blend seamlessly with modern living and luxury conveniences. The sprawling accommodation offers guests a spacious interior where dedicated and bustling family times can be spend in the farmhouse kitchen or around the stunning fireplace in the lounge or, equally, where guests can retreat to the second lounge, second kitchen, individual bedrooms or many quiet corners to simply savour this lovely holiday home.

If you can drag yourself away from The Property then there are an abundance of attractions including with the National Trust beach of Whistling Sands nearby, Aberdaron beach with beach front pub and restaurant, quaint cafes, authentic fish and chip shop and a National Trust visitor centre, quiet coves and hideaways beaches such as Porth Ysgaden and Porth Iago and Porthdinllaen with the renowned Ty Coch Inn. Head South to the more bustling seaside villages of Abersoch with a selection of swanky shops and restaurants or further into the market town of Pwllheli. If you want to get active then wakeboarding, paddleboarding, surfing, coastal path walks and much more awaits the adventurer!

The house is laid out as 2 separate units, the main house and rear wing, connected via an entrance conservatory.

Please note children should be supervised in the grounds at all times and particularly around the pool and stream areas.
