It's the perfect garden for hide and seek, whether that's being a adult or a child! Inside there is plenty of space for the whole family, each room is spacious and airy with something for everyone. There is a breakfast room next to the kitchen and a large open plan living and dining room.
The Property offers guest the best of both worlds, due to the location it offers guests a sense of seclusion from the full hustle and bustle of the main town centre although, 15 minutes walk down the hill and you'll find yourself in the thick of the town. It is only a couple of miles away from the most beautiful beaches in the Salcombe area, South Sands and North Sands perfect for those romantic beach walks and enjoy a spot of lunch at The Winking Prawn. Fancy visiting further afield then 10 minutes up the road is The Beach House at South Milton Beach. The options for food and places to visit are endless from this location, Bigbury, Kingsbridge, Hope Cove...take your pick!

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
