Slapton Sands is steeped in World War history, Blackpool Sands which is perfect for a late night fishing and Bantham beach for kayaking and other exciting water sports. The Property offers guests private parking for one car, a wood burner in the living room for cosy nights in front of the fire, four spacious bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom, one family bathroom and one downstairs w.c.. There is also countryside views from the rear of the property with glimpses of Kingsbridge Estuary. There are a couple of delightful walks directly from The Property that lead to West Charleton Nature Reserve and round the Frogmore Estuary, really immerse yourself into Devon living.

Changeover Day: Saturday Arrival - 4:00pm - Departure 10:00am Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to the agency with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
