Next to this suite are stairs leading to a further first floor bedroom (Anna\'s room No. 4) and bathroom.
The impressive dining hall has a vaulted pine panelled ceiling, tiled flooring and a grand display of windows and sliding patio doors leading out to the garden and can seat up to 16 guests comfortably & cosily.
The farmhouse styled kitchen/breakfast room provides an array of matching base and wall units, an attractive central island with storage and an induction hob in a granite work surface, integrated double oven and dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer plus kitchen dining for up to 8 guests.
Moving through to the east wing is a delightful Garden Room which enjoys a triple aspect with views and access to the enclosed garden, utility room and cloakroom WC. There is also a large full HD TV which enjoys the full Sky HD package including movies & sports and a Blu-ray player with a library of DVDs.
The first floor of this wing comprises three bedrooms (Simon\'s, Richie\'s and Elizabeth\'s rooms Nos 1, 2 & 3) and a bathroom.
From the entrance hall stairs lead up to a generous landing which is currently used as a study area with a door leading through to a spacious and versatile games room furnished with pool table, table football, darts, children\'s blackboard, games & jigsaws.
The main staircase from the inner hall leads to a further generous landing providing access to the Master bedroom (No. 5) with large en-suite.
Leading from the same landing is the spacious lounge sitting room which has a dual aspect with arched and corner windows and an attractive raised slate hearth & electric fireplace.
There is large full HD TV with the complete Sky HD package including movies & sports, a Blu-ray player and a library of DVDs.

LEISURE FACILITIES
A wonderful feature of The Old Chapel is the impressive pool room. This extensive hall of pine panelled walls, coloured spotlights, feature stained glass window and garden aspect windows houses the heated pool measuring 39\' x 15\' varying in depth from 2\'6\" to 5\' to 4\' (both ends of the pool are the shallow points with the deepest zone in the middle). Off the pool room is a sauna and cloakroom.
THE GROUNDS
On the approach to The Old Chapel is a generous parking area. Opposite the main entrance is an area of lawn with fruit trees, flowerbeds, a stream along the perimeter and a private gated access onto the cricket field and the countryside beyond.
The rear enclosed garden is arranged with areas of lawn, patio, BBQ area, new outdoor table & chairs and raised flowerbeds (photos still be be taken of the new outdoor furniture).
A further section of the garden, accessed from the dining hall, provides a paved patio, flowerbeds and a stream running along the perimeter.
Chudleigh, known as \'The Gateway to Haldon\', is a market town steeped in history and perfectly placed for you to enjoy the many varied delights of Devon, Dartmoor & the South West. There are many nearby things to see and do: Ugbrooke House & Gardens (open Jul - Sep), Haldon Forest Park with cycle hire and miles of woodland tracks, GoApe Forest
Adventure, Virtual Jet Centre, Finlake Riding Centre and brilliant outdoor activities including climbing, at The Rock Centre. There are 3 golf courses all within a 6 mile radius, plus plenty of scenic walking on Dartmoor and along The South West Coastal Path, not forgetting the 22 miles of South Devon beaches!
From straightforward pub fare and fish & chips to a Michelin starred restaurant Gidleigh Park, and everything in between; there are plenty of places to eat and get a good pint or bottle of wine close by and a little farther afield.
In Chudleigh we recommend The Highwayman\'s Haunt & The Phoenix, In the next village of Chudleigh Knighton, The Claycutters Arms. In Bovey Tracey, The Spice Bazaar & in Buckfastleigh is the famous Riverford Farm & Field Kitchen Restaurant specialising in their own organic vegetables.
In Teignmouth, eat locally catch sea food at The Crab Shack, or grab a light lunch at The Clipper Caf? in Shaldon. Oh, and don\'t pass by The Rock Inn when at Haytor on Dartmoor, you\'re in for a treat!
