On entering the property you’re welcomed into a large hallway flooded with natural light and storage for shoes and coats. As you head from the hallway into the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room you will be blown away by the views ahead of you. Large windows and patio doors in this room lead out onto a beautiful decked area with rattan seating. Perfect to sit out and enjoy some al-fresco dining. Views from the garden look over the famous Southwold Church, water tower and beyond. This room is light, bright and spacious. The ideal space for the whole party to gather together. The large dining room table has seating for up to 12 and the kitchen, all newly fitted, has been well thought through by the homeowner offering all facilities and equipment you will need to rustle up some culinary delights and make the most of your self catering stay.

Also on the ground floor you will find three of the five bedrooms and two shower rooms. All beautifully furnished providing comfort as well as luxury. The bonus of ground floor accommodation in this property makes it the ideal holiday home for a multi-generational family. The main sitting room has been cleverly positioned up on the first floor to make the most of the spectacular views The Property offers. Large bi fold doors open up onto a large balcony area with rattan seating to sit out and enjoy your morning cup of coffee and views beyond. The sitting room, like the rest of the property, has been beautifully furnished with a large corner sofa and additional armchair it’s a space the whole family can enjoy. The further two bedrooms can also be found on the first floor along with a bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Shop: 350 yards. Pub: 700 yards.

Sitting area: Soft seating, TV. Large Patio doors leading out to decking and garden. Bedroom 1: King sized bed, wardrobe, chest of draws. Cupboard with tumble dryer. Bedroom 2: King sized zip and link bed which has the option of being converted into twin beds (please specify when booking), bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of draws. Bedroom 3: King bed, built in cupboard with hanging space, chest of draws. Shower room 1: Shower cubicle, WC and basin. Shower room 2: Shower cubicle, WC and basin.

FIRST FLOOR Sitting room: Large corner sofa, armchair, Sky TV, DVD player, Sonos speaker, bi fold doors leading out to balcony with seating. Bedroom 4: Master room with king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, doors leading out to balcony. Ensuite: Bath, over bath shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 5: Twin beds, chest of draws. Bathroom: Bath, over bath shower, WC, basin and towel rail.

Garden: Decking area with rattan furniture (cushions kept inside). Steps leading down to very large garden laid to lawn. Table and chairs. – First floor balcony also with rattan seating. Access from both master bedroom and sitting room. Parking: Private parking up to four cars.

Reydon is the neighbouring village to the seaside town of Southwold – the two are divided by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of the past used to tie up. Reydon is a charming village which has expanded over the years and has become very popular with holidaymakers and second home-owners due to its proximity to Southwold. There is a foothpath leading from the Lowestoft Road directly to the seafront which only takes ten minutes to walk. Reydon has the added advantage of two village shops, a health centre, a village hall and The Randolph Hotel which is popular with the village locals. Reydon offers lots of great walks, cycle routes and in spring time Reydon Woods Nature Reserve is a must-see with its gorgeous spread of bluebells. The village also offers good links to the village of Blythburgh and Kessingland.
