The Property stands proudly along Alde Lane in the centre of Aldeburgh just a five minute walk to the beach and High Street. This impressive self-catering holiday cottage has been lovingly furnished with emphasis on space, style and luxury creating a beautiful holiday home which is a fantastic holiday choice for any occasion. The Property boasts five sumptuous bedrooms which have been furnished to provide flexibility for both families and groups of friends looking for exceptionally spacious accommodation in this popular seaside town on the Suffolk Coast. The large sitting room with its opulent seating, cosy fireplace, large wall-mounted TV and high-quality textiles makes an ideal place to chill out and relax together. The bespoke, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area is a great space for entertaining with fabulous bi-folding doors allowing plenty of natural light which really brings the outside indoors. The Property also has a generous enclosed garden which is mainly laid to lawn and perfect for garden games during the summer season with the patio area being a fantastic space for lounging in the sun – the perfect size for a four-legged friend to join in on the fun too! GROUND FLOOR Entrance Hall: Coats and shoe storage. Sitting Room: Wall-mounted smart TV, gas flame effect fire, comfortable seating for ten guests. Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric double oven, combination oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, dining table with bench-style seating for twelve guests, large bi-folding doors which open out into the garden.  Utility Room: Fridge freezer, washer dryer. Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, TV, French doors which open out to your very own small patio area complete with garden furniture. Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Bathroom: Jack and Jill style with roll top bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and wc (this bathroom can be used to create an En-Suite exclusively for Bedroom 1 only). Shower Room: Shower cubicle, washbasin and wc. 

FIRST FLOOR Landing Area: Small mezzanine with seating area overlooking the kitchen.  Bedroom 3: Triple-aspect room with king size bed, TV. Bedroom 4: Twin beds. Bedroom 5: Twin beds both with optional full-size pull-out beds underneath. Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, shower cubicle, washbasin and wc. 

Garden: Large enclosed rear garden mainly laid to lawn with a lovely patio area with comfy garden furniture and handy sun awning. There are plenty of garden games supplied including a badminton set, croquet, petanque and quoits.  Parking: Private for up to four cars.  Heating: Gas heating. Pets: One well-behaved dog welcome (additional dog welcome by prior arrangement with the owner). Notes: Wi-Fi and towels provided. 

Aldeburgh and the surrounding area has inspired many authors and poets in the past but the most famous son of the town is Benjamin Britten who founded the Aldeburgh Music Festival which now has worldwide acclaim and is held every year in June at Snape Maltings. Fishermen still pull their colourful boats up on the shingle beach and sell fresh fish from the picturesque huts. The wide, mainly Georgian high street has many attractive buildings whilst the seafront properties all have commanding views of the beach and the North Sea. Boating is popular on the nearby Alde estuary where a large variety of yachts can be seen at summer weekends.
