The drive way with car port has space for up to 4 cars and leads onto a fully enclosed and thoughtfully landscaped garden with mature shrubs and trees, children's play equipment including a wooden swing and slide, separate games room with table tennis, plus the piece de resistance; a large and well equipped BBQ hut that can easily seat up to 8 people. Great for al fresco dining in style all year round!

Downstairs the cottage benefits from flexible living arrangements with plenty of space for the whole family. The cosy living room with beamed ceiling, original brick fire place with log burner and a beautiful wooden mantel piece makes an ideal room for relaxing in style. The large bespoke kitchen with underfloor heating and bi fold doors leading out onto the garden is a fantastic sociable room with space to cook, sit round the kitchen island with breakfast bar, or relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs with large wall mounted TV.

There is also a stylishly presented, beamed dining room with staircase leading up to the first floor, a utility room with large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a separate cloakroom with sink and W.C.

Upstairs there's an elegant family bathroom plus 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The rear bedrooms also have the added benefit of a balcony overlooking the garden.
