The property has been designed with this sensational view in mind and almost every room offers a picture postcard view of the ocean. The bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements to suit every type of group, with an en suite bedroom and master room complete with large balcony overlooking Praa Sands. Whether you’re a large family with young children and grandparents or just a group of friends on holiday, you will be sure to have the perfect night sleep in one of the five bedrooms.

The large open plan kitchen and dining room is ideal for entertaining at meal times, with a huge dining table that comfortably sits 10 people. The living room offers two zones; a cosy area complete with wood burning stove and smart TV and a bright sun room that surrounds you with 270 degrees of sunlight from the large picture windows. Off the kitchen there is a large utility and wet room, ideal for storing outdoor equipment and getting changed out of your beach clothes. Outside, the property offers a fantastic terraced garden with large dining area, providing the perfect space for a barbecue in the summer months. There is also an enclosed section of the garden to the rear of the property for children to safely run around in, as well as a footpath which leads you directly to the life guarded beach. Here you will find a pub, cafe, restaurant and surf shop, making it a great day spent for the whole family. This unique luxury property is one not to be missed.

GARDEN, PARKING: A large wrap around terraced garden with varying levels including a dining area and enclosed lawn area for children. There is also a paved area with an outdoor hot water shower with access to the utility and wet room. Please note that children must be supervised at all times in the garden – the terraced garden is not suitable for young children. There is a large gravel drive that can park at least four cars.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Oil, Electricity included in the rent; oil central heating throughout; underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
Baby Equipment: High chair and travel cot provided (please bring your own bedding for the cot).
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This region is mostly rural so is perfect to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, whether relaxing with the family by the seaside or exploring the wild moors and rugged coastline. The area boasts hundreds of beautiful sandy bays to choose from and fantastic surfing opportunities. The historic cities of Exeter, Bath and Gloucester are definitely worth a visit, and with transport links all the way down to Penzance even the famous Lands End and remote Isles of Scilly can be reached.
