The Property is a unique spacious hideaway only 1 mile from Wadebridge town centre, in a peaceful, idyllic spot at the end of a little hamlet, but only a short drive to Padstow, Rock and gorgeous beaches. If you like nature and being outside, you'll love this architect-designed house set in an acre of established garden and woodland including two tropical gardens to relax in the sun, a lawn area for playing games, a tree-swing and a path leading down to the woodland glade and beyond to the woodland walk and stream. Or if you just want to relax, there's plenty of seating to unwind with a glass of wine in this tranquil sanctuary.

The house can provide up to 14 beds which can be arranged as twins or doubles. Every room has an airy, spacious feel and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the garden. The kitchen-diner with breakfast bar and lounge with Juliette balcony offer a lovely communal area to spend time together, with the bonus of a large patio with gazebo directly outside for meals or drinks. A path from the patio leads to a 30 foot garden room where children and adults can amuse themselves in evenings playing snooker or table football or chatting around the wood-burning stove. The Property's furnishings are contemporary, bright and comfortable and you will find all the appliances and kitchen equipment you need, including an American-style fridge, range stove, Rayburn(not in use), two televisions, hi-fi and free wi-fi. Adults and children alike will love exploring The Property… as will your dog!

GARDEN, PARKING: Parking for 5 cars. Set in an acre of woodland and gardens. Various garden areas to relax in, including two intimate gardens with shrubs, lawn area, woodland glade, circular woodland walk and stream, patio, garden furniture and barbecue.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 4; £25 per pet per week. Pets not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Please order linked or unlinked beds at the time of booking, if this is not completed in advance, charges may occur.

England’s peninsula incorporates the counties of Cornwall and Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Bristol. This region is mostly rural so is perfect to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, whether relaxing with the family by the seaside or exploring the wild moors and rugged coastline. The area boasts hundreds of beautiful sandy bays to choose from and fantastic surfing opportunities. The historic cities of Exeter, Bath and Gloucester are definitely worth a visit, and with transport links all the way down to Penzance even the famous Lands End and remote Isles of Scilly can be reached.
