Elegant Group Home, near Mousehole (BOSLANCO)

Situated on the edge of the small village of Paul and and just half a mile from the fishing village of Mousehole, The Property is an elegant and spacious family house built in 1868 for a local merchant. There are spectacular panoramic views from the first floor across the surrounding farmland and the sea, and plenty of space for the whole party to get together for a sit down meal or to disperse for a little quiet time. The large living room and a separate sitting room have open fires with ornate fire surrounds and mantelpieces. The sitting room also has a piano. A second sitting room/playroom leads through to the heated indoor swimming pool. The large mature garden with a pond and orchard offers plenty of secluded spots in which to sit and relax. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs to visit, with the renowned Kings Arms a short stroll away.

Pool Room: Heated indoor swimming pool.

GARDEN, PARKING:
Extensive and beautiful grounds with orchard, pond (please take care with young children) and garden furniture. Parking for 3 or 4 cars.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome.
Power and Heat: Electric heating throughout, open fires in sitting rooms. There will be a heating surcharge of £70 per week from May to September.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Coast: 1 ml Shop: 1 ml Pub: 0.3 ml.

This region is mostly rural so is perfect to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, whether relaxing with the family by the seaside or exploring the wild moors and rugged coastline. The area boasts hundreds of beautiful sandy bays to choose from and fantastic surfing opportunities. The historic cities of Exeter, Bath and Gloucester are definitely worth a visit, and with transport links all the way down to Penzance even the famous Lands End and remote Isles of Scilly can be reached.
