The Property is a superb, spacious semi-detached home, enjoying stunning views across Trevone to Mother Ivey’s Lifeboat Station, Cellars and Trevose Headland, yet moments from the family friendly, sandy beach which has RNLI Lifeguards in the summer months. This attractive property is an excellent holiday base for multiple families or groups of friends to enjoy after a day at the beach or exploring the beautiful surroundings that North Cornwall has to offer, by relaxing in the large living room next to the open fire, chilling out in the games room, chatting in the separate dining room or enjoying a BBQ in the enclosed courtyard. With three reception rooms plus separate kitchen, there is space for everyone.

The Property is located in the heart of Trevone which is a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty, and is only a 5 minute easy walk to the sandy beach, rocky beach with natural swimming pool and rock pools. The coastal path is close by from where many walks can be enjoyed and wildlife can be spotted, and there is an excellent beach café/shop. The café is the perfect place to enjoy coffee with the morning papers on the terrace, or perhaps enjoy the homemade, fresh pizzas during a day on the beach. In the summer months they also serve freshly prepared evening meals in beach house surroundings. The shop is open all year round for newspapers and basic needs, but also boasts an array of beach necessities, clothing and surfing equipment for sale or hire. Alternatively, within a 5 minute walk is the Shop at Trevone Farm selling fresh and high quality foods and gifts, open 7 days a week all year round. The Padstow Farm shop is a 5 minute drive or a beautiful 20 minute walk across the field footpaths.

The historic harbour town of Padstow is under 10 minutes away by car, famous for its quality restaurants, excellent variety of shops and watersport activities. Trevone is also home to the newly refurbished Well Parc Pub which is a 3 minute walk from The Property, where drinks are served on the terrace with spectacular views across the bay, whilst meals are also served from a new evening menu. The Pub also holds regular events. The Trevose Golf and Country Club which was bestowed with the honour of hosting the Brabazon English Amateur strokeplay championships is approximately 3 miles away.

This region is mostly rural so is perfect to escape the everyday hustle and bustle, whether relaxing with the family by the seaside or exploring the wild moors and rugged coastline. The area boasts hundreds of beautiful sandy bays to choose from and fantastic surfing opportunities. The historic cities of Exeter, Bath and Gloucester are definitely worth a visit, and with transport links all the way down to Penzance even the famous Lands End and remote Isles of Scilly can be reached.
