Charming Big Cottage, near Chipping Norton (CLEMENMC)

Clements is an atmospheric, artistic house set overlooking a classic village green in THE archetypal Cotswolds' setting, a comfortable, cool home that laid back families or friends will love. Daylesford is around the corner and two of the region's finest pubs less than a few mins walk away. Heavenly! Located in the heart of Kingham, an award winning village that looks as good as it sounds, Clements is a charming village house that dates back many years and where touches of its history can be seen and enjoyed. Step into the big and friendly kitchen where the light streams in and a relaxed feel surrounds you; the main living room is a 'Soho Farmhouse' touch to it, mix matched chairs and sofas, a large open fire and rugs over flagstone floors make it rather smart. Upstairs, over two further floors are five bedrooms and three bathrooms all elegant and eclectic, stairs to the very top floor a bit steep, but the views are well worth it! Outside is a rambling garden, perfect for 'mucking about' young or old with a teak garden table and chairs for al fresco dining. There in an elegant charm about this house which makes you feel good, welcome and at home. This is a true, authentic Cotswolds experience. Love it!

Kitchen/Diner/Living Room, a large, spacious room that is the heart of the home.
Kitchen is well equipped with electric induction hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. (Washing machine, tumble drier and freezer in attached 'utility area'). There's a large dining table with space for up to 10 seating. There is also a comfortable seating area with sofa, two smart armchairs with a TV; there is also top of the range surround sound system. There large sliding doors to the garden and terrace. Please note the AGA is on low heat in the winter for heating only and not for cooking.

There is a garden to the front of the house, which has ample space for off street parking. To the rear is a truly lovely 'higgledy-piggledy' large rambling garden. There is a small terrace outside the back sliding doors, a separate terrace with teak table and chairs. Beyond is a long garden with various areas of interest and places to sit.

Children Welcome. Cot & High Chair available. One small dog welcome. Wifi available and incl. Off street parking. Security Deposit required by owner. The property is advertised for 8 people, an extra two beds are available at an extra cost of £75 each (per week or per weekend) to a maximum of 10 guests.

Please note: a £300 fully refundable security deposit is due a week before your stay.
