Description

Albion hall is an exceptional four-bedroom property nestled close to the sea in the beautiful fishing village of robin hood bay. Sleeping 10 in complete comfort this property has everything a large family or group of friends could need. Open the door and enter into a wide open area housing a fantastic dining area with light flooding through the three skylights and plenty of storage space, from here move into the comfortable living area boasts three large leather sofas and three enormous leather stools allowing you to relax in style. After a day enjoying the delights of the Yorkshire coast there is nothing better than sinking into the sofas with family and friends and watching your favourite film on the home cinema system. If you love cooking you will never want to leave the fantastic kitchen so well equipped you could rustle up a MasterChef special. From the two large ovens to the choice of gas or electric hobs, or why not try out the Japanese Teppan nearly hidden under the wide breakfast bar. Don't fancy cooking why not make the most of the ice maker in the American style fridge freezer and prepare your favourite cocktail. Going up the beautiful wood staircase you have a choice of three spacious bedrooms, two en-suite, and each with its own TV. Here you will find the sumptuous family bathroom with double walk in shower and a luxury shower system with individual body jets, and a freestanding oval bath. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, again with a TV and plenty of storage. The superb location of this beautiful converted  church hall, just meters from the bottom of Robin Hood’s Bay and the gorgeous Yorkshire coast cannot be underestimated. Just around the corner are local cafes and shops and restaurants.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hallway: Shared hall with entrance door leading into the very spacious open plan living kitchen diner. Kitchen Area: Modern sleek kitchen units with all the storage you could want, granite work surfaces, integrated dishwasher, large built in microwave, two electric ovens, American style Fridge Freezer with ice maker. There is a spacious centre island with a complete range of Miele hobs, two gas, a gas wok burner, two ceramic, and a large ceramic hot plate, plenty of equipment to cook for everyone. Above the hobs is a ceiling mounted extractor hood.  The island with its beautiful wooden work surface is extended to create a breakfast bar seating area for four. Hidden under here is a Teppan, Japanese hot plate for oriental cooking Inside the cupboards you will find everything you could possibly need to make you stay as wonderful as possible including a slow cooker and an industrial size mixer. Leading on from the kitchen area is the lounge. Lounge Area: Here you will find two four-seater leather sofas, one three-seater leather sofas and three extremely large leather foot stools big enough to lounge on.  The large coffee table is on castors so can be moved easily to the most suitable place for everyone. In addition, there are eight small side tables which tuck under the sofas and provide the perfect place for you cup of coffee or glass of wine. There is a 60” TV with Amazon firestick, DVD and a home cinema set up.  With the lowered ceiling in this area it is easy to evoke the feeling of being in your own picture house. Dining Area: A large modern table comfortably seating ten on leather and chrome chairs. There are two sideboards, a DAB radio and a storage cupboard for coats and shoes. There is a vaulted ceiling with roof lights over the table.

Utility Room: Washing Machine, separate dryer, leading to cloakroom with wall hung WC and wash hand basin with mirror over, heated towel rail. Ground Floor Bedroom Four: Zip and Link bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a modern bowl basin on a storage unit with a large mirror above, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe.

The central wooden staircase with glass and stainless steel bannister leads up to the first floor by way of a quiet seating area.

FIRST FLOOR

Master bedroom: Zip and Link bed with glass topped bedside tables each with a lamp, a range of built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, two club chairs with coffee tables and a standard lamp En-suite: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin with mirror over, wall hung WC and heated towel rail. Family Bathroom: With free standing oval bath, separate double sized walk in shower with luxury shower unit with individual body jets, twin basins, wall hung WC, two chrome heated towel rails Bedroom Two: Zip and Link bed with bedside tables and inset wall lighting two elevated single beds with ladders and individual inset wall lights, two recliner chairs and a footstool, built in wardrobe and shelving, wall mounted TV and DVD Bedroom Three: Zip and Link bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, large wardrobe, wall mounted Tv, stool En-suite:  Tiled floor, modern bowl basin on vanity unit with mirror over, wall hung WC, large walk in shower with luxury shower unit with individual jets, heated towel rail.

Outside: At the entrance of the property is a small courtyard with bench seating and a boot holder on the wall.
