Kitchen: Recently fitted and well-equipped kitchen boasting a Rangemaster cooker with five ring induction hob and two ovens, a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Sunroom: Leading from the living area to the rear of the property is a delightful snug/sunroom with patio doors to the enclosed sunny courtyard.
FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, plus extra hanging space and storage. En Suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, hand wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
