Description

This luxury detached house is located in the centre of Morfa Nefyn; a house refurbished to an excellent standard, with the beach and golf club only a short distance away. Bring along the family to make the most of this beautiful retreat and its collection of rooms, divided over the ground and first floor. Upon entering, you will discover a modern kitchen/diner where you can enjoy a warm cup of tea at the breakfast bar in the morning, or settle down at the dining table with your loved ones come evening. Afterwards, the sitting room is the perfect place to snuggle up in front of the woodburning stove, providing space for ten people to relax in comfort. Two bedrooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor along with a shower room, complimenting the interior in a contemporary fashion. For more of this, wander upstairs where you will discover three further bedrooms, all wrapped in detail and soft furnishings, with one featuring its own fabulous en-suite bathroom, neighbored by a family bathroom which also benefits from an overhead shower. Once you have relaxed indoors, why not spend an hour or two in the enclosed garden, which is partitioned between a lawn and patio area, a lovely place to unwind in the sunshine. The nearby town of Nefyn also boasts a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and both are within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and watersports are all available. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and walks. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches, cliffs, and wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore. A unique house of a coastal destination.
