Saundersfoot and Tenby are both within driving distance with their many sandy beaches, shops, restaurants etc. Take a walk along the coastal path to Wisemans Bridge and the tunnels through to Saundersfoot. Many local attractions nearby to suit everyone from Battlefield, Clerkenhill, Manor House, Oakwood & Folly Farm, water sports to try.

Cockleshells is a really lovely place for a family holiday. It was extremely well equipped and the accommodation was superb both in location, cleanliness and comfort with a very good pub next door that did excellent food at affordable prices. Shops very close by providing everything you would need. Pet friendly which was great but the only small negative is that the garden is not enclosed but it does state this on the website. Views from the lounge are wonderful. Great beach and national trust property is very close by and definitely worth a visit and is within walking distance from the property, we went three times in a week. Overall cockleshells is a wonderful holiday home and we were very sad to leave. - mrs Elliston
