WEDDINGS

Built in 1535 as a fortified tower house, by the late 18th century it was abandoned as a dwelling until lovingly restored in the 1990’s by the current owners. Today it has been completely refurbished to cater for the needs of today within the confines of a 16th century castle. This exceptional Border peel tower retains all the authenticity of the past with stone clad walls, shot holes, steep stone turnpike stairs and an inglenook fireplace.
Bookings can be for weekly rentals, weekends Friday – Monday or for mid-week options for a minimum of 2 nights. For those wishing catering during your stay – this can be arranged with advance notice.
