GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT (GHD)
If you have booked this property in conjunction with the property next door and intend to use this property to host functions exceeding the maximum occupancy, a facility fee of £100 is chargeable ontop of the rental quoted. Additionally the Good Housekeeping Deposit will increase to £700 to take into account the larger volume of people using the house.

Stag and hen bookings, may not book this property, unless discussed in advance for approval. Neither the Owner nor the Agent will accept any liability should a booking be confirmed as a consequence of non-disclosure of the above which may later result in a booking cancellation by the Owner. Guests wishing to make use of the hot tub are asked to fill out a Hot Tub Disclaimer Form. Access to the Hot Tub will be denied unless the host is in receipt of a signed copy of this form.
