This detached, stone-built farm-house sits next to the owner’s home on the slopes of the Tanat Valley. This spacious house offers comprehensive holiday accommodation with traditional features merged with modern touches, ideal for family get togethers or for friends/groups in search of wonderful walking and mountain biking facilities in a stunning setting. Set in a beautiful location at the foot of the Berwyn Mountain Range, this Llangynog holiday house offers spectacular views from every room. The full-sized snooker room with bar and entertaining area makes it perfect for year-round use. The first floor has 4 bedrooms (one being a family suite) sleeping a total of 9 people and the 2nd floor with two spacious bedrooms sleeps a total of 6 people. In addition there is a games room with pool table, for children and teenagers to 'chill out' in. The patio is ideal for wining and dining in the sunshine, or simply absorbing the wonderful sights and tranquil atmosphere. Within the immediate area of this Llangynog cottage you can enjoy scenic walking and bike trails leading right from the doorstep, whilst the especially brave can experience the buzz of the nearby downhill Revolution Bike Park or relax at either two of the pubs in the main village which is a 15 minute stroll door to door. This delightful Llangynog farm-house is an ideal base from which to explore all of Mid and North Wales, including Lakes Bala and Vyrnwy, the towns of Oswestry, Welshpool, Shrewsbury, Llangollen and the historic city of Chester. Take a walk over the mountain to visit the stunning Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, the tallest in Wales.It's only a 3 mile walk as the crow flies, or 10 miles by road. Or, hop into the car and you can be on the beach at Barmouth or Harlech in an hour. Plus it's only a one and a quarter hour drive to Pen-y-Pass car park at the base of Snowdon. This is a very welcoming Llangynog house with full central heating enjoys a beautiful location in a lovely part of Wales.
