A three-storey house that’s stylishly appointed throughout, it’s perfect for larger groups looking to spend some quality time together.

From the driveway, the property’s entrance opens up into a small hallway, off which you’ll find the large, open-plan living area. Oozing with charm and boasting views out over both Dartmoor and the estuary, this room includes a modern kitchen with all the mod cons you could ask for, a comfortable seating area and a dining table large enough to accommodate all ten guests. On the top floor of the property you’ll find the master suite – a luxurious bedroom with a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath and even a separate dressing area. There’s also a second en-suite bedroom upstairs, this time with a double bed and bath. Both of these rooms come with stunning views out over the neighbouring countryside.

Outside you’ll find the enclosed garden with its furnished terrace area, BBQ and a large lawn complete with trampoline.

With its enviable position in Salcombe, The Property is just a short trip from the town’s countless pubs, beaches and shops, not to mention the stunning South West Coast Path. Or you could always head down to the estuary and try your hand at some water sports with sailing, kayaking, surfing and paddle-boarding, all on offer.
