The second bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms three and four are both twin rooms. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids, with a two-seater futon in the study which extends to provide a double bed. As a baby friendly property, a travel cot and high-chair are available. Family bathroom has a bath and shower over.
Outside is an extensive garden with paved areas and outdoor furniture, the ideal spot for all ages to make the most of the outdoors! Parking is available for up to four cars/boats. The Property guests may enjoy complimentary membership to the Quayside Leisure Centre in Kingsbridge. Wireless broadband available. This property will accept up to two well behaved dogs.
