Black Rock (Ground Floor apartment)

Black Rock is a two-bedroom apartment with far reaching sea views, in a large traditional townhouse within a grand St Ives terrace in a sought after location. Black Rock is just a short stroll down to the picture perfect harbour with its almost tropical looking turquoise water and lighting making it such a popular destination for artists. The harbour is framed by many independent shops and many great restaurants, making it perfect for any foodie. The apartment still retains many original character features alongside contemporary holiday living. The living room boasts fine sea and coastal views, plus the apartment has exclusive use of a charming garden area with outside furniture.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: The living area is light and bright with super coastal views from the large bay window, there is also comfy seating and a Smart TV. The dining table seats four and the kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob and double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Cloakroom: With hand wash hand basin and w.c. Upper Black Rock is a spacious two-bedroom maisonette encompassing both the first and second floors of the large traditional townhouse. Situated on a sought after, south facing position in St Ives. The property is a short walk to the picturesque harbour and characterful town centre bustling with many shops and restaurants. The property has a fabulous south facing outside terrace, perfect for those warmer evenings where you can enjoy dining al fresco with glimpses of sea views. 

FIRST FLOOR: Lounge/Diner: A super room with two windows to the front, one being a large bay window with glorious views across the town and out to sea. A perfect spot to relax in the easy chair and watch the weather at any time of year. There is a comfy sofa, Smart TV and dining table which seats four guests whilst taking in the views. Kitchen: To the rear of the property with an electric induction hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
